Some of my readers feel the novel CONCERNING GEORGIA STEKKER is “over the top.” For others, Georgia is their favorite literary heroine of all three of my three published novels. It is the personal favorite of my editor Trai Cartwright.

Trai just edited my  upcoming novel, originally titled THE ROMANTIC IMPEDIMENT, thought the title was the perfect one  but suggested that it was difficult to pronounce. I agreed that even I stumble over it.  She suggested THE ROMANTIC IMPERATIVE. I agreed again, and set it in stone.

I have since passed this title on to others for their reactions. Everyone prefers THE ROMANTIC IMPERATIVE.

Trai finds IMPERATIVE so rich that she wants another 75 pages. So I’m rolling up my sleeves once again.
